CAR PARK

Courtlands has A Large Free Car Park for the all the guests & Located in the Fore Court of the Hotel

 ACCESSIBILITY

There is no steps to the Main entrance of the Hotel, Lift  available at Courtlands, however there are a few steps between the lift and Reception, A chairlift is available for persons Cannot use the steps please contact us if you have any special needs or requirements.

RECEPTION

The reception at Courtlands Hotel is open 24 hours a day to fulfil any request that you may have. Concierge services are also available such as arranging taxis, We can arrange outings for residents to the theatres, local attractions and National Trust properties  or any other request guest may have

RESTAURANT

Courtlands Has an elegant Dining room it can seat up to 80 guests. Courtlands serve High quality local food.

A full hot and cold breakfast is served every morning and includes delicious cooked food.

Breakfast is served between 08.00am until 09.30am

Lounge Luncheon 12.30 – 14.00 pm

Dinner 18.30 – 20.00 pm

COURTLANDS LOUNGE

We have a fully licensed Cocktail Bar, 5 elegant lounges, Outside we have gardens to relax in Courtlands Lounges are heart and soul of Courtlands, we provide versatile area of relaxation for our guests as well as an excellent meeting place for their guests, colleagues or visitors alike, and for whatever reason, they will be left with a fresh sense of well-being and comfort. Free Wi-Fi is also available to catch up with your emails & Relax

Our small Library offers a quiet reading area & TV Lounge  as well

BEDROOMS

Courtlands has immense charm and character, all rooms are tastefully decorated and well furnished with comfort in mind. All 45 bedrooms have En-suite bath or shower. All room are centrally heated and provide direct dial telephones, hair dryer, TV satellite channels & our rear rooms have a beautiful view of the South Downs.

CHILDREN

Children 12 years and under sharing the parent’s bedroom will be accommodated FREE. Meals will be charged on a fixed price basis, available on request. Children 11 years and under in own room or sharing with one adult will be given a reduction 25% the adult rate

PAYMENT

 The management is pleased to accept guest’s credit cards.  Unconfirmed bookings will be asked for part payment on arrival. Accounts to be settled weekly on extended stays.

2% Surcharge may be applicable when paying by Credit Cards.

 CANCELLATION

 A charge of up to two-thirds of your account may be made for late cancellations or curtailment of reservation if we are unable to re-book. You have a 24 hour cooling off period during which your booking can be cancelled without charge (unless the booking is made less than 72 hours before your arrival date at the hotel).

Following this period, if you cancel your booking up to and including 72 hours before your arrival date at the hotel, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the booking will be applied.

If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours before your arrival date at the hotel, a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking will be applied.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation, or to “no show” or leaving before your departure date, cost will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

 INSURANCE

 An insurance form will be sent on receipt of a written confirmation. We do advise that all guests, regardless of length of stay, make use of this form to avoid any incurred charges should we be unable to re-let the cancelled accommodation.
